Progress so far

We have made strides since the last update which includes the metal deck and concrete to the upper floors, the drainage below the ground floor slab and the concrete to the ground floor slab.

The steel frame system has also progressed very well and this week we have started the decking to the roofs. We have completed all of the external drainage and began top soiling in some localised areas.

The external scaffolding is coming along very well.

Over the next two weeks

Over the next two weeks we will be continuing with roof decking and roof coverings.

The steel frame system will be nearing completion and we will also commence fixing the external weatherboard.

The external scaffold will also continue and we will be completing the blockwork to the lift shaft.

We will be preparing tarmac for the multi use games area and commencing the lightening protection system.

Creating opportunities
Luke Garner

As part of our commitment to working with Kerrie and the team at Goodwin Trust in Hull, we have teamed up with local artist Luke.

He has created some really quirky caricatures of the site team which we absolutely love.

We have created a "rogues gallery" which takes pride of place on the wall of the site  office.
