Progress so far
Works are progressing nicely within Centre of Excellence with all internal walls to the ground floor being constructed and the mechanical and electrical first fix progressing well to all areas. Brickwork is approximately 90% complete to the full build and all windows and doors externally have been installed.
New working guidance has been released this week by both Government and the Construction Leadership Council who have released Version 5 of the Site Operating Procedures. We are currently reviewing the new guidance and will be making adjustments to our own procedures as necessary which will then be communicated to our teams and clients.
