Works are progressing nicely within Centre of Excellence with all metal partitions constructed. The mechanical and electrical first fix is progressing well to all areas, the brickwork is approximately 95% complete to the full build and the timber battens are continuing to be installed ready for cladding.
Over the next two weeks, the paths will be complete on the north elevation of the building, while on the south elevation the tarmac will start to be poured. External services will be connected ready for cabling to be pulled through in the coming weeks. Brickwork will be complete by next week ready for cladding and rendering to commence and decoration will start to be applied in area A of the build.
