Progress so far
Since the last newsletter, both projects have progressed well, gaining pace on the areas we can move forward with.
Windsor House demolition is 90% complete and the rubble away wagons are due from week commencing 05.08.19.
Progress on the Centre of Excellence pile mat has commenced and is starting to take shape.
Lincoln Court internal works are pushing on well with strip out nearly complete. The external works are also progressing well with all 102 piles driven in the ground in 3 days!
The roofers have had a great couple of weeks with the first phase of the roof now complete and signed off.
We have also another addition to the 2 projects already running within the past 2 weeks and Hob Moor School playing field has started with the enabling trackway put down for vehicles to run on and because of this the reduced level dig is well underway. the torrential downpours lately have slowed progress slightly however there is still works been completed.
Over the next two weeks
The pilng mat on Centre of Excellence will be complete. the rubble from Windsor House will be taken off site and the breaking up of the slab will start.
On Lincoln Court the internal soft strip will be completed , externally Phase 1 of the scaffold will be completed and Phase 3 scaffoding will start. Mechanical & Electrical works will continue.
Hob Moor Schhol playing field the top soil will be replaced with the land drains to start after the soil has been completed.
