Progress Update, Week 58 - Lincoln Court

Decoration is ongoing and the finishing touches are being applied to several apartments in the refurbished building. Mechanical and electrical items continue to be installed in the new build with all internal and external doors fitted. External services have now been embedded and the construction of the paths has begun at the front of Lincoln Court.

New working guidance was released a few weeks ago by both Government and the Construction Leadership Council, we have reviewed the new guidance and have made neccasary adjustments to our own working procedures and have communicated this to our teams and clients.

We are also operating a strict handwashing and cleaning regime which is working very well. We have had over 200 operatives on site since we restarted in late April and since then not one person has been impacted by Coronavirus as a result of coming to work on this site-something we are very proud of.

Over the next two weeks, the 2nd fix Mechanical & Electrical items will continue to be installed and decoration to the A block of Lincoln Court will be complete. The ceilings will be put into position and joinery will continue in the New Build. Doors to the apartments will be locked up ready for flooring to commence in a couple of weeks. Externally, the construction of the paths will continue.
