Progress Update, Week 61 - Lincoln Court

Progression in Lincoln Court over the last couple of weeks has being fantastic. Externally, the tarmac has being poured with construction of pin kerbs to form paths and garden areas. Final decorations have progressed well within the apartments. 2nd fix mechanical and electrical items are continuing throughout the refurbishment and extension in conjunction with the ceiling tiles being put in place. The majority of viynl has being installed in the apartments.

Fit out of the communal area has begun and snagging of apartments has commenced ready for floor fitters to lay the final floor finishes.

Over the next two weeks the snagging will continue within the apartments, ready for finished flooring to be installed.

Testing & commissioning of both mechanical and electrical items will start on the ground and first floor levels in the next few weeks. Final decorations will continue throughout the refurbishment and extension in line with on-going installation of 2nd fix joinery.

Curtain walling will be installed to the east elevation and the fit out of the new communal area will continue.
