About the project

This is the second phase of work at York St John University, providing modern medical teaching areas for their health students.

The students will gain:

  • MRI Suite
  • X-Ray services
  • Computer suite
  • Reception and waiting area
  • Five-bed ward

On the first floor, there will even an operating theatre!

We needed to make modifications to the existing ground floor gym area in order to construct a new first floor. This means the sports hall has now been divided into two separate floors, with the first floor providing a mock operating theatre with canopy/pendants and a birthing suite.
