Progress Update, Week 56 - Lincoln Court

Works are progressing in the refurbishment part of the building, all kitchens and shower rooms have now being installed. Joinery items are continuing throughout the build with door sets and skirting being fixed into place. The new extension is developing with walls being plastered and the continuous progression of mechanical and electrical services being installed. The new main entrance into the building has being formed.

Externally, the building rendering is now complete and underground services have being established therefore the building is live with electric, gas and water.

Joinery installations will progress and floor finishes will continue across the refurbishment part of the building with final decorations being applied also. In the new extension, work will continue with the installation of internal walls, plastering and mechanical and electrical services.
